CBD by itself can be paired with any topical pain medication, which is why our CBD topicals do contain pain medicines, such as Recover’s histamine dihydrochloride. However, the histamine dihydrochloride should not be combined with other topical pain treatments, although you can bolster it with ingested pain medicine if you like.

Does CBD Cream Get in Your Bloodstream?
