How Autoship Works
Here’s how the autoship program works in brief. You’ll also find more information in the remaining sections.
- On an eligible product, you’ll see an option called “Autoship”
- You’ll be able to select this option to schedule the frequency of your orders
- And, booyah, you can enjoy the 20% savings on each order
- All other additional coupons will apply to the first order only
Keeping Up with Your Orders
Here are some general tips for keeping up with your subscriptions. Below, we provide further details on editing, pausing, resuming, and deleting orders. As you’re making changes to your subscriptions, your edits will automatically save.
- Login to your account
- View the tabs on the left
- Click on “Scheduled Orders”
- Edit your subscriptions — we’ll discuss different ways to do so below
How to Edit Current Subscriptions
In this section, we’ll discuss how to edit your subscriptions. You can edit an item by clicking the pencil icon or by clicking on the item name.
You can change the occurrence and the frequency of your subscriptions. As you’re making changes to your subscriptions, know that your edits will automatically save.
Change the Occurrence of Your Next Order
If you would like to change the occurrence of your next order, you can click “change,” shown here. Choose the new day of the month you would like your order to fall on.
You can also see until what date you can change your order.
Change the Frequency of Your Order
If you would like to change the frequency of your order in a given month, you can click “change,” shown here. Choose the frequency from the drop-down menu.

Change The Quantity Of An Order
If you would like to increase or decrease the order quantity of an item, you can also do so.
How to Add New Subscriptions
Adding new subscriptions is easy! You can add as many products as you’d like. You can do so by selecting a product from the drop-down menu, or by searching for a product. You can also go to the respective product page and select autoship from there.

Add A New Product Via Search
Using the search function, you can search for specific products you would like to add. Here we began searching for “First & Free.”
After you find and select the item you want, you will see it added to your subscriptions.
How to Pause a Subscription
If you’re unsure when you would like your next order to occur, you may also pause your subscription.
If you would like to resume a subscription, simply click the “Resume Schedule” button.
How to Add or Change Your Payment Method
To change or update your payment method, you will select “Payment Methods” from the tabs on the lefthand side of the screen. Then select the icon to the far right for the payment method you want to use for autoship orders or choose the “Add Payment Method” button to add a new credit card and make it the default payment method for your autoship orders.
How to Cancel or Delete an Order
You have the option to cancel or delete a subscription. You can do so by editing the quantity of an item or by selecting the “X” button at the left of the item. Be sure to do so before the “change until” date listed.
