Why Use These Ingredients?
Pluronic Lecithin Organogel: Thas an 80% transdermal penetration rate. This is used in the medical industry to help active ingredients penetrate transdermally (through the skin).
Emu: The use of emu oil originates from the Australian Aborigine culture. According to their oral history, emu oil has been used for over 40,000 years. It helps to heal adverse skin conditions better than any plant-based product. It outperforms Aloe Vera or lavender oil when applied to burns. Emus are ethically harvested for the meat and in order to not waste, the oil is collected from the skin and refined for use in health care products because of its great benefit.
Avocado butter: Avocado oil is the natural oil pressed from the pulp of an avocado. Almost 70% of avocado oil consists of heart-healthy oleic acid, a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid. This fatty acid is also the main component of olive oil, and believed to be partly responsible for its health benefits. Additionally, around 12% of avocado oil is saturated fat and about 13% is polyunsaturated fat. While avocado oil has a high omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, this shouldn’t be of concern as the total amount of omega-6 is relatively low. Cold-pressed from fruit.
Almond butter: Contains Vitamin E, which helps to keep your skin cells healthy, protects your skin from UV radiation damage, and helps your skin look smooth, soft, and free of fine lines. The fatty acids help your skin retain moisture and can heal chapped and irritated skin. Plus, vitamin A can help reduce acne. This oil is cold-pressed from almonds.
Arnica oil: Comes from the perennial Arnica montana, a yellow-orangish flower that grows in the mountains of Europe and Siberia.
Lemongrass essential oil: It acts as an overall tonic to the body’s systems.* It’s also purifying and toning to the skin. It contains Geranial, Neral, Geraniol terpenes. This oil is steam-distilled from aerial parts.
Lavender: Soothes occasional skin irritations, reduces anxious feelings, and promotes peaceful sleep.* Lavender also helps ease feelings of tension. Lavender oil is steam-distilled from the flower.
Frankincense: Frequently called the “king of oils” promotes feelings of relaxation, helps reduce the appearance of skin imperfections, has anti-bacterial properties, and promotes feelings of peace, relaxation, satisfaction, and overall wellness. Frankincense is steam-distilled from resin.

Serving Size
There is no official recommended serving for CBD. The information on this page is intended to serve as a good starting point only and should not be considered medical advice.
The variables on finding a universally prescribed serving of CBD are almost infinite – weight, diet, metabolism, genetics, environment, and more all affect the perfect serving for you.
Start with the lowest possible serving. Some conditions benefit from low serving size, some benefit from high serving size, and some benefit the most from somewhere in the middle. Slowly working your way up is the best way to find the proper serving size for you.
If you feel you can benefit from a higher serving size of CBD, research suggests increasing your serving every 3-4 weeks to fully process how your current serving size is affecting you.
We also recommend keeping notes on how your CBD serving size affects you – this practice will help you remember accurately which serving size helped you feel your best.
