CHOOSING POTENCY
Canna River CBD Oil Tinctures are high-strength CBD products. Every person responds to CBD differently. When choosing your potency (1000mg, 2500mg or 5000mg), we suggest starting low and gradually increasing the strength and/or dosage until you reach the desired result and/or have a sense of how you respond to it.
HOW TO USE TINCTURES
One full dropper is approximately 16.66mg of CBD for the 1000mg strength bottle, 41.66 mg for the 2500 mg bottle and 83.33 mg for the 5000 mg bottle.
Step 1: Fill the dropper to your desired amount.
Step 2: Squeeze the tincture under your tongue.
Step 3: Let the liquid rest under your tongue for 30 seconds. We know it’s tasty, but be patient! It’ll help you absorb its contents better.
Step 4: Consume the liquid. You made it!

Serving Size
There is no official recommended serving for CBD. The information on this page is intended to serve as a good starting point only and should not be considered medical advice.
The variables on finding a universally prescribed serving of CBD are almost infinite – weight, diet, metabolism, genetics, environment, and more all affect the perfect serving for you.
Start with the lowest possible serving. Some conditions benefit from low serving size, some benefit from high serving size, and some benefit the most from somewhere in the middle. Slowly working your way up is the best way to find the proper serving size for you.
If you feel you can benefit from a higher serving size of CBD, research suggests increasing your serving every 3-4 weeks to fully process how your current serving size is affecting you.
We also recommend keeping notes on how your CBD serving size affects you – this practice will help you remember accurately which serving size helped you feel your best.
